Chiropractic care has many benefits. Dr. Rebecca at North Star Co in Biddeford is AH-mazing. She offers support for the whole family, including prenatal and infant adjustments! She is gentle, kind, and explains everything clearly.
Good health includes movement no matter what stage of life a person is experiencing. Rachel at MamaBear Fitness has many options for prenatal and postpartum fitness. She focuses on programs that are sustainable, even for super busy parents!
